About Anna Finch
Under the studio Blue Crush Artist, Anna Finch shapes nature-inspired art that you can both see and feel: immersive 3D textured paintings using materials like sand and marble powder, handcrafting her own structural paint to create nature and ocean-scapes over wood, canvas, and glass.
Raised by anthropologist parents and shaped by her half-Australian, half-Korean roots, Anna grew up immersed in diverse cultures and awe-inspiring landscape, from the Great Barrier Reef to the Amazon. In a world increasingly disconnected from nature, Anna’s mission is to bridge the gap and inspire feelings of wonder through art.

VENICE ART CRAWL x BLUE CRUSH PAINT & SIP at C&O Restaurant
Join us for the Venice Art Crawl Mixer on Thursday July 16th, featuring a very special Blue Crush Artist Paint & Sip at C&O Restaurant! Eat, drink, create, and enjoy great company at C&O from 6-9pm.
One of the best things about the Westside and Venice is the people…and we want to bring everyone together for an evening of creativity and fun!
In the Paint & Sip, you’ll learn how to create a textured ocean painting using Blue Crush by Anna Finch's signature technique. You'll paint a beach-inspired design on canvas, using hand-mixed paints that include real sand from Marina del Rey, and leave with an original artwork you'll be proud to display.
All are welcome to join! This event is for all levels of art experience and for both members and non-members of the Venice Chamber. You can also choose to buy a ticket to attend just the Mixer, or a ticket to take part in the Paint & Sip.

Layers of turquoise, deep ocean tones, and sun-warmed neutrals are built into a sculptural surface, echoing the movement of tide against rugged shore.

The sand incorporated into the paint and the heart of the piece is from our very own Hermosa Beach.
Each piece is created entirely by hand in my Los Angeles studio using custom-mixed acrylic paints blended specifically for the artwork. Rich layers of sculpted texture recreate the movement of crashing waves, while the crescent moon features a luminous silver crackled finish that catches the light from every angle.
